Register for the 2020 Program!

Keep up with your conditioning this winter and join the Junior Strength & Conditioning program. In partnership with Game Ready Fitness & The Cave @ The University of the Fraser Valley, we will be offering this program February through June 2020. There are three 6-week sessions available, with each session running on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7pm - 8pm. Expert coaches from Game Ready Fitness will coach athletes to improve their strength, flexibility, mobility, coordination, and help perform better across all sports and physical activities. Athletes do not need to participate in all three sessions, but can if they so choose. Our coaches will work with athletes individually to ensure the program continues to be benefecial through all sessions.
