This study explores the fundamental movement skills and physical literacy scores of elementary school children in Cranbrook, BC. The results of the study proved to be encouraging, as the school that implemented a lunch-time physical activty program showed students improving their fundamental movement skills and overall physical literacy scores after 15-weeks of the program.
