In this strength and conditioning program, athletes will gain and improve skills that will help their performance across all sports. Expert coaches from Game Ready fitness will coach athletes in a strength and conditioning program aimed to improve their strength, flexibility, mobility, coordination, and help them perform better across all sports and physical activities. This program is for athletes ages 13-17.
The program runs on Monday and Wednesdays from 7-8pm at The Cave located at the University of the Fraser Valley Abbotsford campus. This is the second in a series of 3 sessions.
