Register for the Junior Strength & Conditioning Program!

Keep up with your conditioning this summer and join the Junior Strength & Conditioning program. In partnership with True North Strength & Fitness, we will be offering this program during the months of July and August. The program is designed for athletic development and will provide athletes with the foundation for strength training. Athletes will be given a personalized program based on their current training experience/level as well as an assessment done on the first day of the program. Both the first and last sessions will be assessments, with six training sessions in between. Athletes can choose a total of 8 sessions out of the 15 dates available. It is highly recommended that you register early so that you can reserve your dates. There are only 6 spaces available for each session and spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. With only 6 athletes in each session, the athletes will get great feedback and coaching from Guy at True North Strength and Fitness. Please see below for more program details.

  • Ages 13-17*
  • Cost: $120.00 plus GST
  • Dates: July 2, 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 29, 30, Aug 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, 27
  • Registration: Choose 8 out of the 15 dates available.
  • Time: 4-5pm - sessions run 40-60 minutes, depending on the current training experience/level of the athlete.
